Complaints Procedure
Ofsted, (the office for standards in
education) requires that all Registered Childminders
produce and implement a complaints procedure
for parents. All Childminders must meet National
Standards.
If you have any concerns regarding
the quality of care that I am providing your
first step is to discuss them with me. Hopefully
most concerns will be resolved at this stage.
I am always willing and available to discuss
any issues, no matter how insignificant they
may seem.
I can always arrange a mutually convenient
time for us to talk without the children if
you wish.
If I cannot resolve your concerns or
you feel unable to talk to me, parents can contact
OFSTED for further advice regarding registration
issues.
